Kids Across Africa Camps-Rwanda is dedicated to bringing the hope of God's love to the countless number of Rwandan young people who are growing up in a country where genocide claimed the lives of over 1,000,000 people in 100 days. Everywhere you go in Rwanda, there are literally millions of smiling young faces all along the roads and it for these precious young people that Kids Across Africa Camps-Rwanda is planning to build its first camp. Our camping facility in Rwanda will be modeled after the Kids Across America camps that have transformed the lives of tens of thousands of lost and lonely young people from America's deepest urban centers. The model of Kids Across America will help guide our camp in Rwanda as campers discover God's love and purpose for their lives through a Christ-centered camping experience. KAAC will also offer Rwandan young people a terrific opportunity to learn life skills, enjoy a variety of exciting sports and activities and build relationships with caring counselors, all while having huge fun in a safe and encouraging environment.
